So, I was looking up some genealogy with my brother today and realized just how many of my relatives came from England. Yikes. I vowed to make an attitude adjustment. Seeing your pictures makes me want to go back there with a real camera, a sense of a little more adventure and ….the willingness to spend more on a hotel room. Of course, I may still stick with the sealed junk food from my luggage. Just thinking of an English BLT still grosses me out. Ha. Oh, and beautiful pictures by the way. (-:

Oh yes… I remember that “sandwich”. Barf. Yuk. I love England but not so much the food. And yes, you do need to go back. I’ve been back MANY times since that trip of ours (almost 10 years ago) and fall in love with London all over again.

These are all postcard-worthy. Love Big Ben.

Big Ben is something you really have to see in person to appreciate… one of my favorite London landmarks.

I like the topmost photograph. Seems so interesting.

Thanks. I tried a different angle so it didn’t look like all the other photos I’d seen in the past.

I like the lighting on the Tower Bridge photo a lot.

Pure luck on the lighting. Thank the British government for that one.

Hey, I enjoyed revisiting my London trip by seeing your photos. I too like the lighting and subdued color on the Tower Bridge. Is that vignetting on the corners of your Big Ben photo? Looks great. Mitch

Hey Mitch! Thanks for stopping by. Good call on the vignetting with my Big Ben photo. I just love London… I don’t think you can take a bad photo there.
